Pros:
Harvard Business Services is a strong candidate if you place a lot of emphasis on customer reviews. There are thousands of reviews on the internet, and they have nearly universally high ratings.
Harvard Business Services has recently changed its pricing structure to lower its formation packages by $100. This is a significant game-changer and makes their prices “quite reasonable” instead of “too high.”
Every LLC they create includes one year of registered agent service for no additional charge. You can also add years of registered agent service for $50 per year, which is the lowest flat rate that we have seen, and it is guaranteed to not increase over the lifetime of your company.

Cons:
Only Delaware LLCs are formed. You can form LLCs anywhere in the world, but Delaware is their only option.

We’d like to briefly clarify their pricing before we get into the details of their packages. Harvard Business Services, unlike their competitors, includes Delaware’s $90 State Fee in their prices. The following prices are based on the reviews of other LLC services. You can compare them easily if you wish.
Green = $89 + State Fee
Preparation of Articles of Organization and filing articles of Organization: These are the documents you need to fill out to register your Delaware business. Harvard Business Services will prepare these documents and submit them to Delaware.
Name Availability Check: They will search Delaware’s business database to verify that the business name you are interested in is still available and not already claimed by another company.
One Year Registered Agent Service: A registered agent is an individual or entity that receives important documents from the state for you and then forwards them back to you. All Delaware LLCs must have this service. Harvard Business Services will provide registered agents service for one year; then, you can renew the service for $50/year. You are not required to renew this service.
